Talking less, getting more? An experimental Workshop

In every day communication we often start talking without having really thought to an end what we want to say. And often our counterpart replies right away, or even while we are still talking. This might be a bit unpolite, but it is very common and doesn’t really hurt.

However, what happens, if we take much more time? If we refine what we want to say into a short, clear statement and “shut up” afterwards? And what changes, if we fully listen, without already preparing our answer in mind while the other is still talking? What effect does it have, if we try to stay connected with our bodies, and talk and listen from an “embodied” perspective?

Let’s try it out. I will provide some impulses and a bit of structure and then let’s see what we experience and observe. I am looking forward to having a interesting journey and exchange with you.
