Accommodation
Unfortunately, unlike in some other countries, German universities do not provide accommodation on campus. The Technische Universität (TU) in Berlin is no exception, and therefore the congress participants will need to look for accommodation individually.
But fear not! Berlin is a great city, offering a great variety of accommodation options near the TU.

Apply filters – location, rating, price, amenities – and you will immediately get a list with reviews from other customers which will help you to make the best choice.
Booking.com gives the best price option – the rates they offer are far cheaper (nearly 50%) than group discounts we were offered directly by the hotels. Furthermore, you can easily change or cancel your booking directly through the website. Often cancellation is possible up to one day prior to arrival.

A short 10-minute walk to the TU. Basic but functional rooms in different categories with free WiFi (107 rooms).

A short 20-minute walk or an 11-minute ride by U-Bahn to the TU . A small coffee bar and seating area in the lobby. Rooms are modern with air-conditioning and flatscreen TVs. Friendly and welcoming staff (274 rooms).
