Introducing Alexdia:
Gali Adamov is the chairwoman of Istat – Israeli AT Association.
Gali presents a video called Alexdia –
In the video Gali explains AT principles as a relational model between the self, the association, the organization of the affiliated associations and the world.
Gali presented the video at the annual Israeli conference of ISTST in October 2021.
The video is in Hebrew and is presently being produced in English for the Berlin congress.
About Gali Adamov
Gali Adamov, the chairperson of Istat – the Israeli Association for the Alexander Technique, was trained as an Alexander technique teacher in 1987 by Sheika Harmelin. She has been an active teacher ever since.
