Prone is for Primary, Supine is for Secondary: Assisted Constructive Rest with AT, Dart, and Framework for Integration applications (with Luc Vanier)
Constructive Rest is often thought of as specifically semi-supine. Using patterning from the Dart Procedures as distilled in Framework for Integration, participants will explore options for Constructive Rest in both prone (belly) and supine (back) orientations. Alexander teachers and co-creators of Framework for Integration (with Rebecca Nettl-Fiol) Elizabeth Johnson and Luc Vanier will assist participants in finding restful, whole-body patterning that facilitates lengthening and widening from multiple vantage points.
