Practising self noticing without judgement, direction and choice with an open mind, and variations of tone for ease and creativity.
The sessions will include quiet, subtle and conceptual work and playful explorations of our capacities for movement.
We will consciously cooperate with our design, practise presence and enjoy the experiential learning fundamental to Alexander work.
